Here are a few things that you should know or consider before you purchase your first DHT Blocker Supplements or Hair Styling Cream.

  • What are the causes of hair loss?

It is logical to determine if DHT is the cause of the hair loss that you’re experiencing before buying a DHT blocker, DHT blocking supplement, DHT blocker pomade, hair styling cream, or shampoo. You may not know, but there a few other potential causes of hair loss problems, these could be anything from eating disorders, vitamin, thyroid problems, etc.

  • What form?

But that’s not all, they may also come in the form of DHT blocker prescription pills. Most users consider this to be their preferred and simplest method. But then, whatever works for you is just right. However, we have to mention the two most common forms of DHT blockers, shampoo and DHT Blocker Supplements. Let’s take a look at them before we move onto natural DHT blockers.

  • DHT Blocker Shampoo

Depending on your preferred DHT Blocker product, your hair loss interacts with hormones and chemicals on your scalp. There are those that remove the scalp buildup and sebum that may limit the hair growth on your head. Others, however, reduce your hair loss due to breakage and then stimulate the hair growth. You may combine both hair growth shampoos with several other hair treatments to maximize the effect and potential for improving hair growth.

There are conditioners too that have been developed to improve thinning hair, by adding more nutrients and moisture to the scalp and the hair follicles. Unlike some of the conventional conditioners out there, these should not leave any residue on your hair.

  • DHT Blocker Supplements

Dietary supplements, which are normally available in pill form, help ensure that your body has the right amount of minerals and nutrients to improve hair growth. DHT Blocker Supplements, are formulated to reduce or block DHT production, and prevent any hair loss caused by DHT.

How to restore your natural hair growth by restoring your body’s natural pH.

Unfortunately, whenever we have a toxic or acidic diet the hair on our head may begin to suffer. This is because the pH of the body becomes acidic and the body must buffer the acidity with the keratin from the hair follicle to prevent an overgrowth of diseases.

For this reason, you may have to develop a habit that promotes an alkaline diet, so that it is easy to maintain your body alkaline level.

How to quickly alkalize your body

You can do this by eating foods that make your body more alkaline. This way, your body does not have to "eat" your hair just to stay healthy.

One of the most effective and straightforward ways to begin alkalizing your body immediately is to consume vegetables. You can simply buy a juicer and start preparing carrots, broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, celery, etc. juice every day. (I will provide a list of natural DHT blockers below)

Drinking natural Juice is a great way to bring incredible amounts of nutrients, enzymes, and minerals into your body without spending a lot of energy and time digesting fiber.

This will help you quickly restore the natural pH of your body, provided you do not have a lot of acidic food in your diet.

As long as your body has the right pH, it can help retain your hair, so you must ensure your blood pH is balanced.

The key point here is that you have to find ways to maximize your net consumption of alkaline foods and minimize acidic foods.

How does your body Acid/Alkaline Balance have direct effect as a DHT Blocker?

By now, you may have already heard of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase (5αR). If not, it is an enzyme that converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT)

Recently, interesting studies have been conducted in which a certain 2-5αR enzyme was found in the vertex of the head and on the scalp of the forehead (the area most affected by hair loss).

However, this enzyme wasn’t found in the occipital region of the head (the lower back area, where most of the bald men you see still have hair).

This essentially shows that the 2 5aR type enzyme is majorly responsible for the pattern of baldness in men and women.

Another study has shown that 2 5αR enzyme particularly thrives in a very specific and optimal pH range, which is pH 45.

Outside this pH range, the enzyme just cannot properly function to properly accomplish its task of combining with testosterone to produce DHT. The best pH range for type 2, 5-alpha-reductase is the pH of 5 to 5.5.

The activity of 5-alpha reductase was determined at pH 5 (this is where it was optimal for type 2 isoenzyme) and at pH 7 (which was optimal for the type 1 isoenzyme) in isolated segments of infra-infundibular follicles and villus follicle.

What this means is that should your body be more acidic and have a pH of about 7 or less, then the type 2 enzyme, 5-alpha reductase, will work more efficiently, thereby producing more DHT, and then resulting in increased hair loss.

On the other hand, when your body is more alkaline, the pH on the scalp is greater than 7. Then the enzyme cannot convert the testosterone into DHT, so there is nothing for the DHT to mix with, consequently reducing DHT related hair loss.

It is important to note that the production of DHT cannot thrive in alkaline medium. If that information was overwhelming, here is a simple solution to fight hair loss, it is the use of natural DHT blockers.
